Useful Tips

Training at home has become a habit and a necessity for many because it is easy and you can do it anytime and anywhere, whether the program is done with bodyweight or requires some equipment.

For this reason, it’s good to have various small fitness equipment at home, so that we can enrich our choices and make our workouts more effective.

The micro-instruments that you will need in the dynamic Fitness programs are:

  1. Dumbbells
  2. Kettlebell
  3. Rubber bands
  4. Medicine ball

At this point it is good to go over some details that will prove important:

As for the weights, you will get, it is good to have a variety of it, as you can not use a specific weight for all exercises.
For this reason, I suggest you start with:

  1. dumbbells 2kg to 4kg for women
  2. dumbbells 6kg to 8kg for men

For exercises that we use kettlebells, I suggest you start with

  1. 4kg to 6kg for women
  2. 8kg to10kg for men

For exercises that require rubber bands, you will need rubber bands with handles on the ends, as well as rubber bands to tie to the legs (ankles).

Also, each of them, usually depending on the color, is available in different hardness so that there is a similar difficulty.

For exercises that use the medicine ball, I suggest you start with:

  1. 3kg to 5kg for women
  2. 6kg to 8kg for men
